This could come in the form of a "deep dive" to gauge the health of a program, providing tangible recommendations for improvement, written reports to audit program health and data review to buttress existing team member interactions. Each client will be provided a tailored plan prior to the engagement starting such that there is an alignment of expectations on outputs, timing and depth.

With relevant experiences leading factory operations, AeroInspire can assist our clients in evaluating the current state of affairs, recognizing bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiencies, recommending incremental improvements, develop business cases for capital expenditures and presenting data that illustrates the right "dashboard" for health monitoring of on-going activities. This capability extends from the factory floor and into support functions such as planning, production control, supplier management, finance and information technology. With deep and rich experiences in working both as a supplier as well as a customer of leading suppliers, AeroInspire can provide "presence" in evaluating a supplier's plan, production capacity, schedule likelihood and resource capabilities. The backbone to our engagement is an in-person capability to assist the client in evaluating the risk level of a key supplier or the supplier team and then to provide continuing support to attend key reviews such as a manufacturing readiness review (MRR) or other forums that include technical content or other criteria necessary to gauge supplier and program health.
